CIY MOVE

Please be praying for our high school youth as they prepare for their trip to Warrensburg, MO for CIY MOVE, July 17-22. Please stop by the youth table in the front foyer of the FLC to pick up a prayer tag and guide to continually pray for a student attending CIY.

Refresh

NEXT Wednesday, July 19, 7:30-8:15 pm, we will be having an evening service called “Refresh”. This is designed to provide an alternative for those who are unable to make it on Sunday morning as well as to provide a mid-week opportunity to be refreshed and refocused though worship. If you plan on attending and if you will be utilizing the nursery please let the church office know. For more details please see Tracy Dyer at td@mtpulaskicc.org.


Thuper Duper Thursday

Thuper Duper Thursday (for all 1st - 5th graders) is back! Join Mr. Siebert in the FLC for game time each Thursday from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Dates we will meet: July 20, 27, August 3, 10. For further information contact Rob Siebert or the church office.


12 hour prayer vigil

We will be having a 12 hour prayer vigil, starting THIS Sunday, July 16 at noon and ending at midnight. We will have 15 minute slots for you to come to the church building and pray (in the sanctuary, or prayer room off the foyer). There will be a list of items for you to pray for, and you may add to the list. A signup sheet will be available on the welcome tables.


TRAM Shift

Mt Pulaski Christian Church will be taking a TRAM shift at the State Fair! Our shift, which will support MPCC Youth, will be on Friday, August 18, 7:45 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. If you are able to signup please visit city hall and put MPCC youth next to your name in any open slot. Thank you for supporting our youth!


Questions People Ask

We are planning to do a series of messages this fall on “Questions people ask,”and we would like you to submit questions that perhaps you have or have heard others ask. These can questions that are from non-believers or believers. Have a question? Please put in on your communication card.


Community Children’s Summer Food Program

The Community Children’s Summer Food Program in conjunction with the community will be providing non-perishable food items to families. This will supplement the children’s nutritional needs through the summer months of June, July, and August. This effort is to continue assisting those children that were enrolled in the school’s free lunch program. Please pick up a copy of the items needed on the welcome tables. Your food items may be returned to the MPCC Office (M-F 9am to 4pm). Monetary donations are also appreciated. Please make checks payable to the Children’s Summer Food Program. Cash or checks may be mailed to Zion Lutheran Church or taken to Zion’s office.
