MPCC family and friends,
Per CDC recommendation, Illinois state mandate, White House recommendation, and to participate in a nation-wide plan to “flatten the curve”, Mt. Pulaski Christian Church will be going ONLINE ONLY.
We will not be gathering in the building until we feel it is appropriate. I wish we could say when, but no one knows at the moment.
This is a hard announcement to make. I love seeing you all every Sunday. The elders and I care very much for everyone. Like for many others, the weekly gathering, the worship and fellowship, is a huge part of life. So, here a few things to know moving forward:
Until we can meet again as a church family, we want to continue to offer an opportunity to worship and love God. We will do that by streaming a service on Sunday morning at 8:30 a.m., 10:45 a.m., and will upload the service so it can be watched at a later time as well. It will be on Facebook and a link can be found on our website.
The service will not look the same as our normal gatherings, but we plan to include worship through song, a sermon, announcements, an opportunity to take communion at your home, ways to continue to support the church through giving, and possibly other elements.
We are still here for you. Many lives are being impacted in ways that may lead to uncertainty. We HAVE to help each other right now. If you need prayer, food, assistance, encouragement, guidance, etc. please don’t hesitate to reach out to:
