Mark Weber - Senior Minister

Mark Weber

Mark became the senior minister at MPCC in September, 2009.  Mark has been a minister since 1974 and has led effective ministries in Robinson, IL, Moweaqua, IL, and Rockford, IL before coming to Mount Pulaski.  His gifts include preaching, teaching, and leadership.  Mark and his wife Ellen have five children, and seven grandchildren.  Mark's hobbies include bicycling and golf.

Rob & Jill Siebert - Children's Ministers

Rob & Jill Siebert

Rob and Jill have been members of the church since 2003 and came on staff at MPCC in 2007.  They are both graduates of Lincoln Christian College.  In addition to working at the church, Rob is employed at the Mount Pulaski Grade School, where he teaches fourth grade. Jill works at Christian Village in Lincoln, IL as an Administrative Assistant.  They have three  children:  Elizabeth, Emily, and Daniel.

Garrett LeVault - Youth Minister

Garrett LeVault

Garrett joined us in May, 2015.  Garrett is a graduate from Saint Louis Christian College and is gifted in preaching, teaching, creativity, student relational skills, and graphic design.  He has built effective youth ministries in Edinburg, IL and Fort Wayne, IN.  His wife Emily loves working with children and youth as well.  They have a dog named Luke.

Parker Radecki - Worship Minister

Parker joined our staff in July, 2016 and has grown up as the son of a worship minister, living in Illinois, Florida, Missouri, and Indiana. Parker is a graduate from Lincoln Christian University and is continuing his education at Lincoln Christian Seminary, studying worship & spiritual formation. In addition to being at MPCC, Parker works as a worship ministry assistant at LCU. He loves reading, soccer, and Switchfoot.

Sarah Tierney - Counseling Services

Sarah Tierney

Sarah Tierney is a Licensed Professional Counselor with the State of Illinois, working under the clinical supervision of Clare Gramley, LCPC.  She received a Masters in Counseling from Lincoln Christian University in May 2010, after completing her Bachelor's degree there, in Family Life Ministry in May 2007.  She has internship experience with both the guidance counseling department at Mt. Pulaski Grade School and Junior High, and also with the student counseling department at Lincoln College.  She worked for three years as a graduate teaching assistant for Dr. Nealy Brown, a position which afforded experiences in premarital and marital counseling and in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) techniques.  Since becoming licensed in 2011, Sarah has been counseling both adults and adolescents at Mt. Pulaski Christian Church primarily from an SFBT perspective, as well as providing semi-annual premarital seminars.  She was ordained by Mt. Pulaski Christian Church in 2011 and joined Lincoln Pastoral Counseling Services in 2012.  She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. 

Amy Dyer - Secretary

Amy Dyer

Amy has been serving as the church secretary since March of 207.  She is a graduate of Lincoln Christian College, and has been a member of MPCC for 14 years.  She and her husband Tracy have three boys (Josh, Nate and Drew) and a Shiba Inu named Suki. Having three boys of her own has prepared her for the job of taking care of the staff.
