Here's the upcoming schedule for Visual MPCC. The schedule is based on a 6-week rotation so that you will know well in advance when you're scheduled. You can also click on your name and on the details page sign up for a reminder to be sent. You can specify how much before you want to be scheduled.

The responsibilities each week will include:

• Showing up by 8:30 on Sunday morning to go over the songs during the praise team practice.
• Running all visuals during the service (songs, sermon notes, videos, songs, etc)
• Running the lights. There will be 4 recorded light settings for each part of the service (Pre-service, Worship, Communion, and the Message). Normally these will be set during the prayers for each
• Starting (and stopping) the Podcast Recording for the sermon. This is new to the job. It's easy but also easy to forget. I can go over this with you and also will try to provide a visual cue on the board as a reminder.

If you are unable to do the week you're scheduled for, please try to find someone to trade with you. If at all possible, please try to do this as soon as possible (rather than waiting until the Saturday night before). If you are unable to find anyone, let me (Tracy D) know and I'll see what we can do. Thanks for your willingness to serve. It doesn't go unnoticed (especially when you mess up a slide :-)
